REFUND POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

If you placed an order online, you may access order details in the My Account section of our website. If your order does not appear in this section, it was not placed, and you must go back to your Shopping Cart and go through the Checkout procedure again.

 

ORDER CHANGES

It is critical to double-check your order before submitting it to ensure that it is proper. The carrier's Terms & Conditions apply to every delivery.

If you need to amend your purchase or find an error in your order, please contact us right away at [email address]. If your order is dispatched before changes have been made and processed, our return policy will apply.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are handled as soon as they are received. If you would want to cancel your order after it has been processed, please contact info@abcfragrances.pk

Note that if you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the products in their unopened, original condition, as well as postage fees.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns or exchanges within 3-4 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in its original packing, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

The cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you obtain a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.

While returning an item, consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To return your merchandise purchased from abcfragrances, you should mail the merchandise to info@abcfragrances.pk.  If you have any questions about returning merchandise, please e-mail info@abcfragrances.pk or call us at [Contact Number]. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning any item.

  

1. EXCHANGES

We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged merchandise. Send an email to [email] with your full name, customer purchase order number, date purchased, and the price paid.

 

2. INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received an incorrect item or order, please do not open any of the incorrect products and contact us as soon as possible at [email] or [contact number] so that we can resolve the situation. To request a refund or have an inaccurate purchase corrected, please send us an email within 30 days of the package arriving at the shipping address provided or the postal outlet where the package was delivered. Once you've opened a product, it's no longer eligible for return, credit, or refund.

 

3. DAMAGED PRODUCT

Please inform us at [email] within 48 hours if your item or a portion of your order arrives damaged so we can notify the shipper and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after reporting to us, and we will send you a replacement. Images of the damages will be required for the claim to be processed. 

 

4. MISSING PRODUCT

If you get an order that is missing product(s), please contact us at info@abcfragrances.pk within 48 hours of receiving your order and attach an image/copy of the packing slip to receive a refund or replacement.

 

5. REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you return an item, we will send you an email to let you know that it has been received and inspected. We'll also let you know whether or not your refund request has been approved or denied.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment automatically. While the credit will be granted once your refund has been approved, depending on your credit card or other means of payment, it may take a few days for it to display on your credit card statement.

 

6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund after following all of the requirements for a return, check your bank account or credit card account to see if it has been deposited. Contact your credit card company and/or bank as soon as possible because a refund may take some time to appear on your credit card statement.
